Na sequência da realização do Treino online, no dia 12 de julho de 2020, através da plataforma online Zoom, vimos informar acerca dos procedimentos para ingresso e frequência do mesmo.
- Deverá aceder ao evento, cerca de 30 minutos antes da hora prevista de início, que será às 18h;

- Em alternativa podem instalar o Zoom quer no PC, tablet ou telemóvel. O ID é o seguinte: 873 680 0427;
- Os praticantes deveram manter o microfone desligado e só ligar se for pedido;
- Os praticantes poderão manter o vídeo ligado;
- Em caso de dois praticantes ou mais se juntarem todos deveram ter feito o pagamento;
- Inscrição: Cada praticante deverá comunicar as suas informações pessoais ( nome, graduação , dojo) e o comprovativo de transferência e enviar para o email: apasd.estagios@gmail.com até dia 8/07/2020;
- Cuidados E Material: A temática do estágio será Bokken, o praticante deverá ter consigo um Bokken, se não tiver deverá contactar o seu instrutor a tentar encontrar uma solução;É recomendado uma sala ampla com um pé direito alto, assim evitando a danificação do espaço ou das armas;
- PAGAMENTO
- O valor do treino será de 10 euros, esses deveram ser transferidos para a conta com o nib: PT50 0010 0000 0251 01100 0296. Deverá ser feito o pagamento até dia 8/07/2020 a cabo de ser possível verificar;

In the event that two practitioners or more join, all must have made the payment; Registration: Each practitioner must communicate their personal information (name, graduation, dojo) and proof of transfer and send to the email: apasd.estagios@gmail.com until day 8/07/2020;
Care and Material: The theme of the internship will be Bokken, the practitioner should have a Bokken with him/her, if not, he should contact his instructor trying to find a solution; a large room with a high ceiling is recommended, as well avoiding damage to space or weapons;
PAYMENT
The value of the training will be 10 euros, these should be transferred to the account with the nib: PT50 0010 0000 0251 01100 0296. The payment must be made until 07/08/2020 in order to be able to verify;
