At the time of writing, Bath University is able to confirm that they are able to accommodate 80 to 150 individuals in Woodland Court. This is an accomodation block on camp only a 5 minute walk from the training hall. There are 50 Double rooms available in Woodland Court and over 200 single rooms. All the rooms are fully en-suite and share a kitchen facility with 10 people.
The cost of the double or single rooms are £50.00 per night per room but as it’s a large booking they are able to take 20% off this
rate and this will bring the total down to £40.00 per night.

Facilities
All bedrooms have full en-suite facilities (shower, toilet and washbasin),
Linen and towels are provided
There is a communal kitchen but no equipment or crockery is provided, there is also an iron and ironing board available in the kitchen.
Rooms are serviced every day.
The accommodation does not include meals, but there are a variety of bars and eateries on campus and represent excellent value for money within Bath. Please see the links below for opening times and menus.

Parking:
Parking permits which are valid for up to 1 week are available on arrival for £5.00 Alternatively the pay and display operates between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday.
There is also a frequent bus service to the City Centre (approx. 10 minute journey).

Cancellation/non-arrival:
If you need to cancel this booking please telephone 01225-386622 and you will be given a cancellation number. There is no charge for cancellations made more than 7 nights before the booking. Cancellations made after this time will be charged the equivalent to one night's accommodation per room. The same charge applies to non-arrivals.
